I drink a green smoothie every morning for breakfast - my skin has improved considerably.
I have a banana in a blender more fresh fruit (apple, pineapple) and half a bag of salad (lettuce or spinach lamb) and some flax seed, a little water and mix everything and drink. After a few weeks ago I saw a real improvement. And I'm feeling really virtuous, good!
