It would be a good start, in my opinion, when people who do not think anything less of him because they can not face, it's Derby, but whether it's turn, the recognition can get a lot, and a real management experience! as good as any place to start his career, but would be a great risk for the Derby are trying to complete strangers, but it worked for Sunderland (if you ignore the last two months!)

He certainly start somewhere, go straight to Newcastle would be suicide!

I can not believe that someone said it was too good for Derby, why? "To prove anything, a good manager at the time, is not too good for everyone, not his playing career, do not count for anything in the world of management!

It is hard to see Shearer in the Derby, as you say, the cost would come in just about everything.
Go see Alan Curbishley as manager to get another job, I thought, he also has to do with West Ham, but 20 / 1, not many people.
If I had to put down 20 pounds, Adrian Boothroyd.

Alan Shearer at Newcastle caused more damage to land and then nothing

Alan Curbishley would be the ideal man to help Newcastle, but needs support of all stakeholders

Perhaps this is pure speculation.

He does not want to start his management career at a club fighter who is like the Derby

To be honest, I think Derby are too big for any club, Shearer is run professionally. It was like Ince and wait for an opening next to a 2 of the league and work from there.

See what happens when Ince has a club of "great made" too soon?

The problem is that Shearer has repeatedly said he is happy to spend a few years ago with his family and some workers. "Given this attitude, I doubt he wants to jump into cold water. In addition to Roeder's assistant for a short period, he has experience and should make their way from the bottom.

When we say that .... Roy Keane blows my argument a little out of the water!

Say, if you will be Derby manager, I'll be very surprised.
