Of course, fruit and vegetables are always healthy. Eat things rich (in minerals such as iron and calcium). Babies need a lot of minerals and many other nutrients.

Unhealthy foods are likely to oily stuff (bad for the cycle, if you need a strong cardiovascular system, blood supply) and alcohol. Things often have unhealthy things that harm the placenta to the child ---- So you think you cross that in mind.

And (I'm not sure), try not to eat too many sweets. I have heard that pregnancy increases the need of insulin, the pancreas may be overloaded. But it was not so sure to confirm with someone else.

all the healthy fast food is on hand, foods high in salt content such as bacon and hot dogs. And the dismissal of sweets such as donuts, candy or do whatever they want to develop diabetes. U Make sure you eat meat such as beef, chicken hearts, so I always stable iron was anemic when I was pregnant, and always has been a problem. Just eat a good amt of fruits and vegetables, milk and meat.
